EASY RETURNS

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be!), we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit. *Refunds will not be provided in the form of original payment.*

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Any reduced-price items of 30% off or more or merchandise marked “SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

  • Pre-Orders are final sale.

  • Bralettes are final sale.

  • Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defected and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.

SHOE RETURNS:

  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.

  • If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in another package/box for shipping to protect the shoe box.

  • If there are shipping stickers or labels on the shoe box, we will not accept a return.

RETURN ADDRESS:

To return,

  1. please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return!

  2. Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice!) and Reason for Return! (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.

  • Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return and store credit.

  • You will receive store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
